CRS EDU operates entirely within your Google Workspace environment:

• Your Data, Your Control: All school data, student records, and financial information are stored in your own Google Sheets within your Google Drive
• Zero Data Copying: We never copy, transfer, or store your data on our servers
• Direct Access: You maintain complete ownership and access to all your data at all times
• Google's Security: Your data benefits from Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure

Information We Access

• Limited Scope: We only access the specific Google Sheets required for CRS EDU functionality
• No Personal Browsing Data: We cannot access your personal emails, documents, or other Google services
• Temporary Access: To provide you with the trial, we require access to configure the setup. Once you get the official subscription, we transfer the ownership to the school and remove ourselves completely.

Third-Party Services

CRS EDU integrates with:

• Google Services: Sheets, Drive, and Gmail for notifications
• WhatsApp API: For sending parent notifications and fee reminders
• No Data Sharing: We do not share your data with any third-party marketing or analytics services
